When and where is the gala taking place?

• The gala will be held on June 18, 2026, at the TELUS Centre for Performance and Learning in Toronto (home of the Royal Conservancy of Music).

What is the cause being supported?

• Funds raised support the TELUS Friendly Future Foundation's Student Bursary program, which offers financial aid for post-secondary education to deserving, community-minded students across Canada, and assists with TELUS Community Board grants for local youth charities.

What is the event schedule?

• The evening consists of an exclusive dinner (sponsors only) followed by a concert and an after-party, for which tickets are available for purchase
• 5:30 pm: Dinner guest arrival - champagne reception and purple carpet
• 6:30pm: Exclusive dinner and live auction
• 8:30pm: Concert guest arrival
• 8:45pm: Concert begins
• 10:30pm: After-party and dessert reception (with beverages - non-alcoholic, wine and beer included)

Are there different types of tickets for the gala? 

• Yes. There are two distinct ticketed elements for the evening: the VIP Dinner & Concert experience and the Concert-Only experience. These are separate tickets, and access depends on the ticket type purchased and/or made available to sponsoring partners. 

What is included in the VIP Dinner & Concert ticket? 

• This is an all-access ticket primarily reserved for sponsors and TELUS VIP guests. It includes:  
• Champagne reception: Early access for the purple carpet and champagne reception.   
• Formal dinner: A seated multi-course meal featuring a premium menu.  
• Live auction: Participation in the exclusive live auction and Fund-A-Need session.  
• Concert: Premium seating for the headline performance 
• After-party: Full access to the dessert reception and after-party. 

What is included in the Concert-only ticket? 

• This ticket is designed for attendees who wish to join us specifically for the entertainment and philanthropy of the later evening. It includes:  
• Concert access: General or team member seating for the concert.  
• After-party: Participation in the dessert reception with beverages and after-party celebrations following the concert.  
• Note: This ticket does not include the champagne reception or the seated VIP dinner.  

What are the arrival times for each ticket type? 

• VIP dinner guests: Suggested arrival for the reception is 5:30 PM.  
• Concert-only guests: Suggested arrival for the performance is 8:30 PM (though specific entry times will be confirmed in your "Know Before You Go" email). 

Do I need to present a ticket upon arrival?

• No, we will check you in upon arrival based on your name (ID may be requested)

When are guest details for the dinner required and can I request special dietary accommodations?

• Yes, an email will be sent out to dinner goers leading up to the Gala that will ask for all guest details, including dietary restrictions

Who is performing at the concert?

• The 2026 gala features a one-night-only performance by a world-renowned musical icon, soon to be revealed, that is guaranteed to have you celebrating all night long.

Is there a minimum age for attendance?

• Yes, the minimum age for guest attendance is 19 years and older.

Is there parking available at the venue?

• Parking at the TELUS Centre for Performance and Learning is very limited. While there may be a limited number of valet spots available on a first-come, first-served basis, we strongly encourage all guests to use a ride-share service (like Uber or Lyft) or public transit to ensure a seamless arrival.

When will I receive final arrival details?

• All ticket holders will receive a "Know Before You Go" email the week of the Gala, prior to the event with final timing, entry instructions and venue details.

What are the accessibility options for people with mobility challenges?

• The TELUS Centre for Performance and Learning is a fully accessible venue. This includes ramps, elevators to all levels, accessible restrooms, and designated seating areas. Our volunteers will also be available to assist guests as needed.

What do I need to bring for the evening, and to check-in at the venue? 

• Dinner Guest - ID, your name, name of company (if applicable), credit card for any live or silent auction purchases and other fundraisers, or donations you may wish to make.
• Concert Only Guest - your credit card for any silent auction purchases and other fundraisers.

Is there a dress code?

• Suggested dress code is cocktail attire
